Camp Counselors, Assemble!

Why Work at Pines Camp Counsel

Pines Camp Counsel is launching in May 2026 as Fire Island Pines’ first-of-its-kind beach concierge. Think: chic, turnkey setups served with precision and finesse.

We’re building our founding team now.

This isn’t a summer gig you forget by October. This is the beginning of a seasonal institution. Thoughtful. Elevated. Community-first. Operated Thursday through Sunday with intention and style.

We’re looking for people who live and breathe the Pines — who care about aesthetics, energy, and stewardship in equal measure.

This isn’t your average Fire Island Pines job.

❋ Founding Energy

You won’t be filling a slot. You’ll be shaping the culture of a brand from day one — systems, standards, and how Camp feels in real time.

❋ Pines-Perfect Housing

Select roles include private housing in a luxe PCC home — not a packed staff share. Think calm mornings, pool included.

❋ Elevated Operations

We operate intentionally — limited days, tight service windows, curated experiences. This is hospitality with a point of view.

❋ Unmistakably Queer

We are proudly, visibly, joyfully queer. This is a place where your identity isn’t muted or managed — it’s embraced. Bring your full self to Camp. That’s the standard.
