We’re ready to bring a few brilliant do-ers into the cabin now to help us prep for our 2026 launch. This is your chance to help shape a brand from the ground up — and pick up skills in marketing, partnerships, design, and events along the way.
Roles we’re looking for now:
Social & Content Intern – Reel wizard, caption menace, DM darling.
Brand & Partnerships Intern – Research, pitch decks, sponsor sniffing.
Design Helper – Layouts, icons, badges, merch mockups.

Portfolio gold, actual responsibility, networking that matters, and enough inside jokes to last until at least Labor Day.
Seasonal Roles
We won’t need seasonal staff until spring 2026, but we love getting to know potential counselors early. If you’re into hospitality, events, or just making people’s beach days better, let’s start the conversation now.
Roles We’ll Be Hiring For:
Lead Counselor – Manage a small team of Counselors, oversee daily setup/breakdown, coordinate schedules, and ensure every guest touchpoint is flawless.
Guest Experience Counselors – Setup/breakdown, check-ins, customer magic, support partner activations, and more fun.

Work dates: Thursdays–Saturdays, Memorial Day to Labor Day
